I am best known for Cesarean Birth (C-section) rehabilitation through online group programs and 1:1 therapy.

I am an athlete, mama, and Perinatal Therapist who believes that confidence and strength in your body – before and after childbirth - is a RIGHT, not a privilege.

My focus is to help athletic women prepare for and actively recover from pregnancy and child birth, and to help them return to sports and competition as quickly and safely as possible.
